Day 3 ~ I feel happy and balanced

Yesterday I have a good day. Being positive really does feel good. Trying to stop negative thoughts when they happen really makes a big difference too. I couldn’t sleep after I was annoyed last night, so I was wide awake at 1am and started reading this book called Paving It Forward by Elisabeth Fayt. It’s really quite an interesting book, and a great way to start making being positive a real habit. Continue reading
